You definitely can. If you don’t have a hitch, you may be able to squeeze a fully inflated one in too.
With only .5” difference, you can use the stock spare even if you run 265/65/18.

Going with KO2s since I need good snow performance. I was going to get Firestone ATs but YouTube had so many bad snow reviews that I decided to stick with the KO2.

I do. I know there will be some noise increase but I’m confident that this rigs soundproofing will keep things somewhat quiet. My wife’s truck (non lexus) has wrangler silent armors with Kevlar and I never noticed sound increase from the OEM HTs.Do you run the same tire? Do you have any input on KO2s?

This is my first truck and I used to run/swap to dedicated winters on all my cars, but I have 2 young boys and just tired of constant swapping. KO2s seem to offer it all, albeit they are heavy.

I have a fully inflated 265/70/17 underneath mine. It is a bridgestone dueler h/t from an FJ but it is the same diameter as a 265/65/18. Took some work to ratchet it up with the rear tilted up but it isn't too difficult.

What do you not like/not like about the LTX m/s2? I’ve read that they are the best all around tire unless you want a more all terrain/mud tire in the KO2. Have you considered the Michelin LTX AT2 tire at all? I’m curious to hear your input because I was set on getting the KO2 but then a friend suggested I get the Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac but after more reading of reviews, I wanted a quiet tire that performs well in rain and snow and was leaning towards the Michelin LTX AT2...but now getting close to buying the Michelin MTX m/s2. i see you’re in WA state also, so you know how the weather is here..haha.

Do you have a pic? I'm curious how much smaller the Curt hitch is than the factory in order to allow this. With the factory hitch my 275/65/18 was unable to fit both side to side and front to back. I tried everything.
