Keep in mind, this is for a base model as I continue to plan and see if the 2010-2013 GX460 is worth it to buy and mod.
Looking at videos and photos of both the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 150, and GX460, it seems that this bumper could fit since it still requires trimming out a portion of the Prado's existing bumper which would have to be done on the GX460 anyway. You can see how much of the original bumper is used at the 20 second-mark in the video below.

I asked ARB directly about bumper/bullbar fitment on their Australia Facebook page:

They then redirected me to the ARB USA Facebook page:

Which leads us to this conclusion:

I'm going to bring it up to Sterling Equipment Manufacturing in Umatilla, Florida. They custom make brush guards and such. I've had several of their's on my prior trucks and they are awesome. They have quite the tooling facility in house as well. True craftsmen with steel and powder coating. Whenever a new model comes out though, they need a specimen for a day or two to make numerous measurements and verify angles. Not an easy process. Especially since GX owners are not exactly plentiful to begin with, and they will not make a large run if at all.

Holly crap!! You can ram through a building or choose to pull it down with that truck while submerged in water.

isnt there supposedly some kind of air intake on rear axle or the differential. dont know, read it on 4R.org a while back. i dont think you can submerge the gx without some kind of breather tube extension on that

You are correct. It is recommended that rear differential, transmission, and transfer case breathers be raised if water crossings are anticipated. It is also known as a "scuba mod".
