2011 GX460 Tips
In a previous thread, I mentioned I just got the GX. I had an RX330 before and liked it. I like the GX even better. What are some tips or tricks you would have like to have known when you first got yours? I don’t know a lot about it yet, so any tips or tricks would be welcome.

What's your mileage at this point? And do you have your maintenance history? If you don't get it from the seller, then Toyota/Lexus should have it documented on their owners site unless it's been fully serviced under a tree in someone's backyard.
I'd suggest a full baseline on it - depending on mileage that will determine what should be done. Oil and fluids, brakes, brake fluid, coolant, drive shafts. I'd look into whether it's been warrantied on the secondary air intake issue that many GX's have experienced. Lexus is covering it for all GX's well over 100k miles, so you can get it taken care of proactively if it's not been done.
OTherwise drive it and enjoy it.
