No, a bolt will do. Get a shorter one if there is any.
This is what I got.

Is there any rubbing on the front fender when reversing?

I used the same exact bolt. I rarely rub on the front fender reversing, but it’s there. Doesn’t bother me too much because it’s very minimal 👍🏼

Some iPhone pictures. Hopefully I can get a proper photo shoot soon! I’ll be trying to black out the rest of the chrome accents on the car with vinyl. I’ll update it with more pictures once completed!

How is the ride and noise level as compared with the stock tires?

Very nice ride.

I'd like to know about the ride and noise level as compared with the stock tires as well.

Those wheels are awesome. Are you going to cut up your side steps or get some prado ones?

Thanks! I am located in Stockton, CA, in Northern California, but I am in either Sacramento or the Bay Area every weekend. How about you? If you're local, me and a few GX guys from the GXOR Facebook group are doing a trail run to Frank Raines OHV on March 31st! Anyone and everyone is invited!

Thanks guys! To be honest, I only drove on the stock rims/tires for less than 800 miles so I can't really compare it too much. I did notice an increase in noise level when driving on the freeway, but not too much that it would annoy/bother me. It's been raining here in NorCal lately. These tires have been performing amazing in the rain. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'm pretty sure those who have these tires as well can say the same!

Thanks bro! Love your car by the way! I am actually still doing research on what to do. My wife won't let me cut up my side steps so that's out of the question. Could you point me where I could get some prado ones? Do they fit on the car with aftermarket sliders without modification? That missing piece/area where the stock running boards were really, really bug me!! Thanks!

Does the truck feel slower with these bigger and heavier tires? Do you feel it is underpowered since that's a major complaint of pretty much everyone that reviewed the thing.

OEM tire is about 40lbs and BFG K02 is about 55lbs for 275 or 58lbs for 285/70/17. Adding 20lbs to each corner of the vehicle will be noticeable, how much of an affect is totally going to be personal preference. I think the GX is a tad underpowered, but I really didn't need a quick car, so the added weight isn't a problem.

Thanks ....everyone with the Prado sidesteps has been ordering from other countries...maybe get a set from a junkyard, they are very easy to cut if you have a dremel.
