Hello Everyone - I'm looking to lease a new GX460 2018 that I can purchase after 36 months. I'm getting good discount on Premium package around $7500 on MSRP. Now I'm under the dilemma to get this deal since I've heard and even read on this forum that Lexus might discontinue this model. Assuming that happens - I believe that will definitely affect the market value of the vehicle along with the availability of parts. I currently own an RX350 2017 (Dec) and I am pretty happy with Lexus so far.
My question is shall I go ahead with the deal? OR shall I look for some alternative ( I know its not easy to find the alternate of this beast luxury bad boy) OR shall I wait if Lexus would come with a new model hopefully soon that would have more power, better mileage and lexus sensing as standard.
TIA

Parts shouldn't be an issue unless u intend to keep the vehicle 20 yrs into the future and even then ull find em
markets suv hot, soo I doubt it goes away
the biggest negative is regret of finding out they bought the outdated GX, when a new refreshed version is out.

New model will eventually come out but no one knows when but it definitely be more expensive.

I agree. You should always make your purchase decision based on your current value and what's important to you. There is always going to be some thing newer and better as we moving forward. If you are going to worry about what's new is going to come out, you ended up never could enjoy what you have today. I bought my GX when I needed to replacing my 12 years old previous gen GX. After I bought it, I enjoy it to the fullest potential every day. I won't regret just because new ones added features or made improvement, because I have already enjoyed mine before the new one arrived.
