I recently bought a certified 2015 GX460 with a worn out driver seat. Could someone please help with advice on where I can buy a used one for a reasonable price?

How did it get certified with a worn-out driver seat? Does the dealer say it's OK?

yeah it was certified. they tried to air brush clean it and made it worse by leaving scratches on the side of the seat. Upon complaining they said they'll reimburse the $150 they charged for that cleaning - it's unbelievable how you can make something that costs $1,200 worse and just refund the mere $150. So that's why i'm looking for a decently used driver seat for a reasonable price. Any help would be great.

I need one in Ecru Leather tan color. I saw a couple too but the ones I saw in particular are again damaged.

See if an upholstery shop or a detailer can repair it. Otherwise, ebay or the salvage yards are you best bet.
Assuming its the seat bottom that wore out or the bolster?
You might be able to recover it with this or might be able to search the part number and find it cheaper.

No offense, but I think it was driven by a very heavy person maybe which crumbled the left side of seat with wrinkles, and some scratches from misuse. I checked with the ebay lexus certified dealer and he said it has to be custom done at $900.
