Do 45,000 Recommended Maint. ?
2016 GX.
Have had dealership handle oil change every 10k miles, and had them do the more involved 30,000 recommended maintenance.
Should I have them do the recommended 45,000 mile maintenance, or just continue with oil changes and have the more involved 60,000 mile maintenance when the time comes?
Driving history is combination of in town and long trips, thus 45,000 miles in two years.

I don't think there are any special maintenances need to be done at 45k. Mostly just inspection and check.
You just need oil change (which may not need if you do 10k interval), Check air filter and cabin filter and replace them if these haven't changed already. Very easy to do and save you at least $100 easily from the dealer.
