Engine oil for Lexus Gx 460 (GCC specifications)

Default Engine oil for Lexus Gx 460 (GCC specifications)
Please, I have purchased a used Lexus Gx 460 (GCC specifications) in Dubai. Now, I notice that there is no Owner manual inside and I want to replace engine oil. What oil quality I have to use?

Going through internet, i can found owner manuals but for USA or Canada specifications (0W - 20 or at least 5W-20). considering that Dubai (GCC) is a very hot environment, I am afraid that Oil viscosity Specifications stated in USA and Canada models should not be the same with Dubai's one.

Please, help to find oil use for Dubai (GCC) Lexus GX 460.

0w-20 synthetic should still be well within range for the mideast. 5w-30 would be the next best bet though for higher climate but itd probably make little to no difference.

5w-30 or 5w40 works fine tbh. Mobil one or some other synthetic oil will work.
I'd say stay away from the Adnoc/off brand oils in my view.
