Do you still have the original battery in the truck?

I have a 2014 GX460. Bought it new in 2014. It has 37,000 miles on it. The infotainment system periodically resets itself and I lose all preset radio stations including SIRIUSXM. The dealership cannot replicate it and insinuates my cell phone must be to blame. Has anyone experienced this before
In general, just lost power to head unit itself will not lose the radio memory settings. However, if main body control ECU had unexpected power outage or distribution issues, will result reset via CAN, that will result the initialization of many ECU, such as seat memory, radio, nav, A/C resets, etc.

Bluetooth power off
Hey guys. Long time lurker here. Just picked up a 2015 Lexus gx and I am having some Bluetooth problems. I’ve tried everything and still can’t get it to work. When I try to pair nothing happens. When I go into settings there’s a tab that says Bluetooth power off and I am unable to turn it on. Also voice recognition says not available initializing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

Are you on the latest firmware for head unit?

What phone do you have? Is it on the latest OS? Do you have another that you can try?
Some reported that delete everything, maybe even reset the network settings on the phone, reboot and try again may help.

Multimedia Screen Freezing
Hi all, 2019 GX here. I have had this happen about 4 times since I got the car new. Listening to XM radio, press preset to change channel, no response. Entire screen becomes unresponsive but audio still plays. Cannot adjust volume from **** or steering wheel. Cannot change modes to NAV, climate, etc. using buttons. After about 20 seconds the screen goes black and the system "reboots" like the car has been turned off/on. After reboot all back to normal. Pretty annoying and happening more than I would like for a newer car. Anyone else ever have this happen? What was your course of action?

I agree that it's hard to reproduce. Dealership may be the right call, but I'm always reluctant to have dashboards ripped apart on newer cars. I have had rattles/loose trim and dented plastic in the past when I let the Toyota dealership do a similar thing to two different 4Runners.

So I'm original owner on a non-nav 2014 and ended up on this thread via google. The entertainment center performance was always pretty bad but in the last month it's gotten worse (Can't imagine it's related but the car was in a body shop for the month prior getting fixed up after a tree limb fell on it) Earlier tonight I had to do the "Hold volume **** in to force reboot" literally every 45 seconds to be able to so much as change the radio volume or use the non-dash climate controls. Car's no longer under warranty but other than this terrible entertainment center I'd hope to keep it for many more years. I don't particularly like or trust my local Lexus dealer and haven't spoken to them much in the last 5 years.
From above it sounds like there were never any firmware updates for the non-nav sound system (I last asked the dealer in 2018 and heard the same thing). I presume there are also no good after-market options to just replace the damn thing (Crutchfield lists options but also says "Replacement not recommended")?
