Perhaps the sensor is in a beyond range condition if you have a lift on there?

Thats what I am thinking, from my research there what looks like a potentiometer that is connected to an linkage that connects to the upper control arm on the drivers side. Where it connects the the rear upper control arm is slotted. From what I have found you park the truck on level ground with the lights on and adjust the connection point so that the center of the light beams are 3' off the ground at 20'. I am hoping that this clears the code. If not I am going to work on getting my techstream up and running so I can run diagnostics on the AFS system and see what I can find.

I am fairly sure OBD Fusion (With model year add-on) will pull codes from the AFS module as well but TS is definitely the best way to troubleshoot that.

Skids have been installed. A little modification was required for the transfer case crossmember and the transfer case skid. It was not difficult, having it on a lift made it very easy. Very happy with the finished product.

Here are some pictures from a trip we took through the Ozark's.
Huge mud hole in the Ozarks, I hate mud but didn't have a choice if we wanted to get to our destination. I am still cleaning dirt from the underside of the vehicle
Letting the technology do the work.
Aftermath on our way home.
