2016 GX ..... I get the oil changed every 7.500 miles and had the 30k recommended service accomplished ..... do i need the 60k recommended service, or do I simply get oil changed and replace cabin filter, brake fluid and engine air filter (either self, my mechanic, or dealership??). Other items are "inspected" as part of the service and perhaps some important ones are or are not being checked as part of the oil change ???
So ..... do I get the full recommended service or go a la carte?
Thanks much for any insights .....

You're racking the miles up quickly on a 2016! I think you would be fine with doing the filters and having the brake fluid done and calling it even with that. When you hit 90k, then I would suggest you do the front and rear diff and the transfer case, all of which are very easy and there is a great DIY thread on this forum for those. Some people might say you don't need brake fluid at 60k, but that is often the most overlooked fluid on a vehicle, so I say you're good to replace it at 60k.

Romanova .... Thanks much for the help. Yep, racking up the miles with lots of travels to visit kids/grandkids. I just love driving the 460GX. Don't know why it took us so long to get one (oh yes, the cost! haha).

Yes, 60k is pretty much oil change and air and cabin filters. You can siphon out the brake fluid and refill with new fluid if you don't want to do the whole bleeding, still better than nothing.
Some even do the rear and front diff at this time as well.
