The native OBD Link adapter will also read the temp and PSI. I leverage that for checking PSI as well. My TPMS IDs are in a notepad file as well for my winter and summer swaps.
If you do a decimal to hex conversion on the registered codes obtained via OBD Link you have your TPMS IDs

I wound up finding a Autel TS508KMV for $135 shipped so I went with it.

I'd pick up that Autel as well at that price. It would be nice to have a small programming tool like that.

Would you have any concerns buying the MX+ from their Amazon store as Used - Like New (The item may come in older packaging or packaging variants.)?

It it worked without issue I wouldn't worry about it. They seem to release firmware updates for the device every 3-4 months. Upgrade initiated through the OBD Link app.

Does 2019 Multi-Information Display show tire pressure?
I was looking at pics of a used 2020 GX460 and noticed that the MID showed tire pressures. My 2019 doesn't seem to have that screen but maybe I just don't know how to get there. Was that a model year change, or am I missing something? Maybe it only came with certain 2019 trim levels? I'd love to have the info available.
Thanks.
Thanks.

2020+ on the 460
You can use a product like OBD Link to read the PSI and temperature of TMPS sensors for 10-19 models. It won't be on the dash but on your phone.
