At one point of time, Grom had claimed that they would have one version that will be compatible for 2014+ GX. But at the end, it didn’t deliver. So the advertising still there, but no actions.

I wonder if this is a GROM clone or a version of the LSAILT that works in 10-13 models?

Got mine. I’ll try and see if I can put together an install guide or I’ll just end up taking pictures. @hzhao might beat me to the punch getting his installed first. We ordered around the same time.

@RussianGx might need your help in the next few days!

This is one of those mods that I think will be worth the $$ and I’m quite excited for. I’ll finally be able to get my front camera (and possibly side cameras) installed using this unit.

The only thing I’ll be missing is dynamic lines on the reverse cameras. Hopefully one day we can figure that out. @Acrad The video You posted has the GX showing dynamic lines.

Good to know that you are ready to install, hopefully it will be a true plug and play as manufacturer claimed. Before you get too excited about camera inputs, I had a chat with David (the Lsailt engineer), the module itself does not have the “picture stitching” function, you will still need to have third party 360 module to complete for true 360 as I have done. The inputs on it are intended to have multiple video source that you will be able to see, one at a time. So keep that in mind as you get into it. My guess would be still easier as I have used BeatSonic and third party module to do the job, same as for front camera.

I am returning home tomorrow, as of now, I am planning to do the install on Friday if no other surprises from wife need to take care of. Got keep boss happy in order to gain more toys, right?

If that's a promo video? it's pretty Crap, plus the link does not work. So pretty sketchy all around.

I've yet to see one of these installed/promo'd that didn't look like it was Photoshopped. It would be appear to be a Tesla screen in stock screen configuration.

I found a video of a random American using one in his 460, it clearly wasn’t ‘shopped. But it DID suffer from the fatal flaw my 10.4” tesla screen does in our 470. Hideous unrelenting GLARE. If all of the annoyances and crap that doesn’t function properly are put aside the glare is by far the worst thing with these screens. China needs to develop an anti glare film either factory installed or aftermarket. I loathe buying one of these now and will not buy one for my 460.

If you don’t understand quite the severity of what I’m on about have a gander at this. THIS is your “tesla” screens future. Cannot see **** 95% of the time.

Actually I was referring to a smaller one that is basically the same dimensions as stock infotainment unit but I notice they took down the video

Ah. I would be interested in that assuming the glare problem doesn’t exist.

It seems stock sized versions of the Tesla screens.

Obviously the Jeep GC is wrong :-)

Has anyone installed this one? Additionally, if memory serves there was a difference between 10-13 vs 14 on models. It looks like this unit is saying they can use the same unit. Thoughts?
