From other posts..it would appear to come down to the 1-11 sensitivity setting

I assume you have to disassemble everything to adjust the sensitivity?

I ended up turning it down to 8 or 9, I couldn’t really tell because I lazily left the module bracket fastened. I’ll update this if we get false alarms.

Looks like module is installed to the right of the 4WD ECU and adjustment is near the connector of GBS ECU

That's quite a bit of work to get it adjusted. I'll try the keys tap and see how sensitive it is

If you search on youtube you can find glass breaking sounds. I had a glass break simulator I use for work but I lost it. I now use an app on my phone but I have to be right on top of the glass break detector to activate it.

Yeah it’s almost the entire disassembly process. When I went back in I took panels off and left all the connections intact so it was less work. I put each panel on the footwell and layered with towels in between to prevent scratches. The way the module sits, I was able to angle a small screwdriver through this hole to make the adjustments:

Yes, I think it was a Port installed.

I pulled out the bottom vent part and saw the microphone but it was loose so I taped it up.
I tapped the windows with keys and poked on the windows on both sides but still couldn't trigger the alarm LOL

Curious what you find the stock setting at? Sounds like the stock "6" setting doesn't work.

I think I read somewhere, either on another thread or instructions, to make sure your key fob is at least 15 feet away when you test. I left mine really far in the house just in case. Also wait about a minute after alarm is armed

I tried move the mic out more and tap with different keys etc... but nothing seems to trigger the alarm.
I will try to actual sit in the car and play the glassbreak sound byte. Lol
Looks like default setting is working.

I wonder if an adjustment screwdriver could reach ECU adjustment dial just removing the padded piece above the glove box?

EDIT: Are you keeping the key away from vehicle and manually locking the vehicle from the inside to arm alarm?

I wish the adjustment can be made without taking it apart.
I didn’t lock the door from the inside. I used the remote and waited about a min. I made sure the remote was more than 15ft from the car. I will try again locking from the inside.

I purchased through Matt @ OEMVehicleparts and used the 50% off "shipping" code: CLUBLEXUS

Cheapest I could find out there shipped. It showed up today 2-day shipping.

Anyway module is set at "7" on this one and also has a sticker over the connector on module that says "Caution - Adjustment is required to prevent false alarms. Refer to installation manual"

Major snow storm for area right now and family event the following weekend so might be a couple weeks before install. Hopefully I can tune the sensitivity properly. I never wanted a shock sensor type functionality so if I can get this to just work for glass I will be very pleased.

Let us know how the install goes when you get to it. I’m curious to know the final setting.
