Factory amp wiring diagram
Looking to add aftermarket subwoofer to 2018 gx460 base audio system. I need wiring diagram for factory amp under front passenger seat. Also, anyone know the power output of the front channels, and whether a standard line output converter will handle it? Thanks in advance.

The PAC T harness (APH-TY02) has a good diagram:

I ran that harness directly into a JL audio VX600/6i. No line output converter needed for that amplifier.

not sure but it might be best to use the "luggage speaker". this is the one in the back left. it probably has the cutoff frequencies applied.

It does tap into the L/R door speakers and dash speakers. I let the center channel pass through. The tap is post factory amp. I used a T harness so I didn't have to cut any factory wires incase I wanted to remove everything (PAC APH-TY02).
Here is a picture under the passenger seat:
And the sub I added under the driver seat:

@17GX , do you happen to know the wire colors on for the door speakers, or the corresponding wire numbers on the harness kit? Also, is there a switched / ignition wire? I didn't see one lusted on the harness diagram.

Pin 17 *may* work but I didn't use it. The JL amp I used has automatic turn-on options via Signal-Sensing or DC-Offset sensing. If you have a basic/standard amp, then I recommend a signal output converter that will add the12V remote turn on wire.
Here is an example of a line-output converter I would recommend:

or

9 speaker system factory pinout from amp:

Thanks. The amp is a kicker kx1600.1. I just noticed it has auto turn. I assume it will work much like your jl amp, without a need for a separate switched wire.
That diagram above with the speakers label defintely helps as well. Thanks again.

Thanks 17GX!
A few more quick Q's:
What are the inputs to this factory amp? In an "ES" thread elsewhere on this forum, they indicate two pairs of shielded lines feed the amp from the radio (suggesting Front/Rear line-level signals w/o active crossovers or amplification). Anyone know?
Might you have a pin-out for the input side of the factory amp?
Lastly - Is the "real world" power of the factory amp spec'd anywhere?
Rock and roll

Only way I know to add an aftermarket amp to the GX460 is use the outputs of the factory amp and normalize with a line-output converter.
I do not know "real world" power and the factory label doesn't even have that info.
Factory amp inputs. Middle 2x pins are ground. The rest use are for MOST communication lines.
label on factory amp.
