Legit question, what’s the point of the lip? Cosmetic only? Looks like it further hurts the already poor approach angle of the 2014+ GX.

Yup! Just purely cosmetic. I don't plan on off reading with my 22'. I will probably off road with a purchase of an older model in the future but this 22' is just for looks.

I wonder if OP ever posted on a guide for the rear bumper

Gotcha. Any aerodynamic improvement?

Per the design of it, it looks like it will help to keep the front low and hence a very slight better MPG? not an expert of aerodynamic but just pure assumption

Has anyone install themselves? I'm having a hard time trying to install it myself. Any tips or helps would be greatly appreciated!

The person who sold me the chrome piece says that the bottom chrome piece that attaches arond the grill is supposed to be screwed in but the holes in the plastic support seem to be just a support and not a screw in type.

They sent some metal brackets and screws. The screws they sent me don't fit into the metal bracket that was already in the lips

This is a picture of the metal bracket and screw/bolt that came as separate

Not sure what these metal brackets that came as extras are for since they don't fit into the already put in metal brackets

This is the kit I received.

For those who have been wondering! I finally got it all installed.
Took me roughly about 4 hours. But it wasn't so difficult. The only difficult part is that I had parking sensors and I had to be extra careful not to throw those calibrations away. Also, added a better gasket I got from amazon.

The update that I got for my 13 came with one of those but I could not figure out now to mount it and was running short of time so it is gaining age on a shelf in my garage. I did put one on the back and it is OK but not my favorite. Glad you could figure it out.
