• Drive Start Control - engine output limited when too much throttle applied during gear changes or in reverse

• Pre-collision warning timing sensitivity options

• LDA also vibrates

• May get a coffee symbol on dash if swaying too much urging driver to rest

• Appears multiple tire sets will be supported for TPMS. Looks like you will be able to register the tire sensors yourself without Techstream

 

Also looks like 2020 gx460 is getting a new key. It’s getting LS key.

 

The camera and terrain monitor system looks pretty cool. Upon quick glance looks more advanced than system in LX.

In addition it has this TPWS function that lets you self register TPMS IDs so no need to use Techstream or other tools for winter/tire swaps. Page 466 in OM


- Frost symbol appears near dashboard outside temp gauge when the ambient temperature is 37°F (3°C) or lower.

- Automatic shutoff of vehicle if it has been running for an hour while in park. There are interactions with vehicle that cancel or reset this (Page 199 in OM).

- 19" tire option will be 265/55R19 109V / Wheel size: 19 x 7 1/2J

 

Cool box still listed in manual like previous years but confirmed by dealer that it is still not available for 2020 in US. I assume the OM is for both Canada and US as it has some French sections in the back as well.

I'm just waiting to see if the 2020 headlights are a direct swap into the '14-'19... Only time will tell, I guess.

 

Same. Nothing else really appeals to me with the new model. I prefer the 4 spoke steering wheel, and everything else is a tiny cosmetic detail. And I'm not even sure about the headlights yet. From the promotional pictures it looks like there's a ton of empty space in the headlight housing. It may actually look less appealing in person than the current model's headlights.

 

VIN lookup of model above appears to be a Premium trim

 

I think theres one dealership in OK that has 8 units listed (only one) on cars, but no where else. No pictures though.

 

I notice this VIN: JTJAM7BX8L5241157 shows an interior color of "MACADAMIA"
