Gx460 Door Seal
#2
I just went through and re-seat all my door seals. They were all a bit "short" so the top part at the curve didn't get seat all the way in and they came loose similar to the picture. I pulled it a bit from the bottom to get just a little more out from the flat plastic step and now it is long enough to fit all the way around. They seat pretty tight once I pulled enough slack out and there's no need for any glue.

ive used some small pieces of gorilla double sided tape (the clear stuff) here and there on other vehicles when this has happened to the seal. Especially when it is torn or almost torn at the corner. its difficult tape to cut and also to peel off the backing.
Black permatex adhesive works great but you have to have something else to hold it, Ive also used the clear gorilla then a toothpick to put in the permatex. taking the seal back off later would tear it and leave a mess you would need to clean up before installing a new seal.
if you can fix it without any tape or adhesive that is ideal.
