I've seen pics of sliders on GXs that have a gap in the front and show where the running boards used to mount - can you take a pic of the front of yours and post

I like RR Sliders -- this is (was) my 4Runner on their web site https://www.rocky-road.com/media/5th...-kicker-01.JPG

OK, thanks for the pics, is that the stock rocker panel above the sliders?

Yes stock, though I'm not sure if the sport edition comes with a different one. I had the top piece vinyl wrapped to achieve total chrome delete.

So my next planned mods are the CBI Stealth Bumper and some Method wheels. This will likely be in the spring.

Sorry I missed your post here. MSRP was 59,480. I purchased it for 48 K even before taxes and fees. Almost 20% off before all fees thrown in. Final OTD price was ~ 51500 (CA gets us bad on taxes and fees). If you're going to finance, go with penfed, they have the best rates. 1.99% as long as you use their "car buying service" (hint: You can still use this service while negotiating your deal on your own, its a bit tricky but PM me if you want to know how). Negotiation is a hobby of mine, so I geek out on it some.

Thanks, no worries. I ended up getting it at ~17% off and this is including fees but not the taxes. I tried looking for a sport edition but those are harder to find.

Nice mods! what did you end up doing with your sport front lip? would love to pick it up from you if you still have it. I am located in OC too

The spoiler was pretty cool, once it's vinyl wrapped in black. But the bad part is it hangs low and no clearance. I want to be able to have at least some clearance for mild offroading capability. Also I don't really like how the whole front fascia on these newer gx's looks, the CBI bumper really improves the look imo.

How is the ride quality on the suspension you have? looking to add a lift in the future for myself. Also, did you have any issues with wheel balancing on the bigger wheels? what kind of balancing did you do?
