Default Lexus Cash Reduced for September on New GX

Looks like they reduced the Lexus Cash on a new GX from $3,000 to $1,000. Through 9/30/19.

Wow, glad I just purchased mine. I assumed it was going to stay the same or increase this month. I negotiated 10 K off including the 3K rebate.

Edit: Looks like it's now $2750. https://www.lexus.com/models/GX/offers It says:

Select Styles: 2019 GX 460, 2019 GX 460 LUXURY Does this exclude the premium now?

^ Yes, it looks like the Premium trim is excluded. So, no cash back on the Premium.

It appears the Lexus Cash offer for the Basic trim and Luxury trim, in Texas, is only $1,000, not $2,750 that you are seeing in California.

Might be a tall tale, but I assume dealer reserve has gone up on the account of the MY19 has officially went EOP as of august 29th Centers now have full control over how they price depending on how many inbound MY19 units they have. MY20 is in full swing production, with first units coming into lots by the end of this month.

I’m seeing $2750 and $1000 bonus cash for a total of $3750 incentive in the Dallas area.

Yep, I see that. Premium trim appears to be completely excluded.

Seems like the dealers have a lot of Premium trim vehicles on their lots in the Dallas area so this is pretty interesting move. Curious as to the logic. Looking forward to seeing the 2020s on the lot....

I think Premium is not exluded. Lexus considers Premium a package add-ons on base.
