Anyone have a recording of this supposed issue?

I took test drive on a 2017 used and a 2019 new. Both somehow have a little noise around this rev range. Though I can not compare with the 2013 one because I kind of forgot the accurate level of the drone on it, but it seems to be a common thing. Hopefully this is harmless to the other parts.

I wonder if that is there to prevent the vibrations we are partially feeling at 1800 rpm.

It doesn't bother me enough to do anything about it. Just curious.
Right. I believe every car has a certain mount of rubber parts either hanging down, sitting side by side or under the parts to reduce the resonance. Hope the drone is totally harmful to the car, I'd decided to take a shot.

per the dealership they can rebuild it but it’s not a guaranteed fix.

I have the bulletin from the same issue on the 470’s.

I do not think it is a problem and I opted not to have them rebuild.
Thanks for this, so it sounds like this is just a harmless annoying problem.

Noticing the same issues on my 2013, has anyone pinpointed a cause or fix for this?
