Default LED Upgrade

Well, I've had the GX for just over a week Ordered LEDs from VLEDs- had great luck with them on my 4Runner. To start the LED upgrade I did all passenger compartment lighting including:

- dome / maps lights
- vanity mirror lights
- door/puddle lights

Then did the running board lights

The two front map lights and vanity lights are: WHITE HIGH POWER 360° 14 LED 5K NATURAL WHITE https://www.vleds.com/shop-bulb-numb...194-14-ll.html

All the others are: WHITE HIGH OUTPUT 360° 26 LED 5K NATURAL WHITE https://www.vleds.com/shop-bulb-numb...194-26-ho.html

Might I recommend NOT upgrading the vanity mirror lights to daylight LEDs (or LEDs at all). Your significant other will not be happy.

Only if you want to solder on the replacements. They're small LEDs and I broke off the one in the passenger footwell area and need to solder it back on :/

Sooo, since I have a few amber VLED 194s from my 4Runner, my next step was changing the side parking/marker lights. Much to my surprise- I cannot for the life of me find the socket. What am I missing?
