The baby hauler transformation of Lexi is in progress... due date is late January.
Decided to go with the Doona+, at least initially since it has the stroller built in, making it more convenient and it also frees up some cargo area volume with one less baby item back there on road trips.
Once he outgrows the Doona and needs forward facing, we'll likely switch over to a Nuna seat.

Precious cargo modification...
Brought our son home from the hospital. He is healthy and momma is recovering!
Thank you to everyone who provided their tips for using the GX as a child hauler, it's been great so far.

I've got the same set up but for some reason our doona rubs right into my driver seat. I'm 6'3", so I'm wondering if its just my seating position. Do you experience any rubbing?

First off congrats, you have a beautiful truck. I love the F sport wheels with aggressive tires. Secondly sheesh I thought GX*Bob was a bad influence lol you’ve done so many things that I would love to do myself. I’m a huge fan of Amsoil so I’m surprised that you didn’t go the Amsoil route for the ATF.

Not so much GX related other than we used the vehicle and a bottle of milk to capture a baby Yeti we found on the loose in Shenandoah National Park this weekend.... haha
Need to catch up on some GX maintenance before winter hits in Virginia... Been a hectic 8.5 months, they grow up quick!

Memorial Day 2023
Mountain Lakehouse vibes for Memorial Day
Our ride home is still there mama and dada.
Firs time on the boat and loved it.
And no, I haven't done a lick of maintenance in the last 17 months (except to replace the original battery and the occasional wash and exterior detail) so Lexi is due quite a few of the basic items... Time to break in the newly renovated garage workshop finally!

@FastTurtle (updated as promised)
After 22 months of being in the new house, we finally got the garage completed and the golf simulator conversion installed. We park two cars in the garage every day so it had to function as a garage 95% of the time.
Pull the cars out, drop the screens and start golfing... takes 5 minutes to start golfing. Loving it so far and now that the garage floor is protected I have no excuses to continue procrastinating on Lexi maintenance items...
Poly combo floor coating
wall , baseboard, floor color combo
Looking out
Now ya see it...
Now ya don't...
First practice session
Simulator Control center and bar/drinks area

Mid Summer Check-In. Finally got around to catching up on some much needed maintenance with 49k+change on the ODO now....
This past week performed the following
- Engine Oil (Amsoil) and (OEM) Filter Change (UOA sample #3 pulled, post #2 will be updated when I receive the results)
- Front & Rear Differential services (Amsoil)
- New Front & Rear Brake Pads and Rotors (OEM)
- Rotated Tires
- Brake system flush (OEM)
- Drive shaft lubrication
- Removed all skid plates and applied Anti-seize to bolts
- Treated undercarriage with fluid film (still looks brand new, stuff is amazing!)
- 4 suctions and refills of the power steering fluid (Amsoil) (after 2 it looked brand new so stopped at 4)
- VA state inspection and emission
-Carpro Reset Wash, Elixir Detail, and Reload 2.0 Sealant post maintenance (she still looks surprisingly brand new for a 6.5 year old vehicle).
Ready for the OBX road trip in a couple weeks to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary!
[2024 Maintenance is Engine oil, Engine coolant, Transfer case and Transmission fluids]
