Default Fender flares

I wish Lexus had put fender flares or some kinda molding on the second gen GX. Would prevent nicks n scratches dents around the fenders. I see aftermarket stuff but nothing that fit exactly.

I have spacers so my wheels and tires are pushed out a bit and I don't have any damage problems. My 460 is a street car though.

Default Fender flares

I thought it would help since its bare metal. I have one almost impossible to see nick ..just bugs the heck out of me. Most of the suvs and trucks have plastic either over or fitted under the fender..also looks nicer and beefy. My 4 Runner had really nice ones.

Are spacers good for the bearings and handling. Read somewhere it wasnt a good idea. I d like to put them on. What do you reccommend?

thanks

Wheels (rims) come in various offsets ... so using spacers is really no different in terms of what the wheel bearings experience ... an effective way to adjust the offset on existing wheels as long as you don't go crazy ... and buy ones from a high quality manufacturer. For me, going beyond 12mm argues for purchasing new wheels.
