Default Cig outlet power loss

Tonight I went to add air in my wife's tires on a 11 gx and it blew the power outlet/ cig lighter fuse, or so I thought. I went to check the fuse under the dash and it looks fine. Anyone have this issue before? I tried searching and didn't find any results. Thank you in advance

Did you check the fuse in the compressor plug?

It's uncommon but I have seen the contact unsolder itself on the back of the socket

I will try that. I guess I will have to remove the shifter hiding cover to access the back of the plug?

Just because a fuse "looks fine" doesn't mean it is. The first step would be to put a new fuse in there. Doesn't the fuse box have a couple of spares?

Josh, Check the fuse box on the drivers' side of the ENGINE compartment.

Default 12 Volt Console Outlet not Working

The 12 Volt Console Outlet in my 2010 is not working. I replaced the fuse, that didn't fix it. I've tried to pull the socket out, not too hard, I don't want to break it. How do I get the outlet out?. Any other ideas on what to check?
thanks,
jaaydee
