Did you get an exhaust shield? I ordered the fixed frame Stowaway and they originally said I needed an exhaust shield. However, there is no way to mount that on the fixed frame. After some back and forth, they decided I didn't need the exhaust shield since the exhaust doesn't point directly at the box. That can apparently cause problems.
I don't really think it will cause sag because the box only weighs about 80 pounds and max capacity is 200. No more wiehgt than two small people sitting in the third row.

There is a big difference between weight sitting between the axles and hanging off the back of the vehicle. That is not that much weight so you will OK.

The Premium's auto leveling air springs will eliminate all sag and improve the ride by keeping the vehicle level. I can tell you it makes a huge difference when towing.

Seems well built. It seems to sit a little far away from the back of the vehicle. I'll see how it works. May consider modifying the hitch to move it in.
I did away with the adverting with some matte black. I don't like to be a billboard....

I see you have the exhaust shield. The swing-away frame does seem to sit a bit lower than my fixed frame. Not sure about moving it closer-there is an issue with the space between the hitch and the spare tire. Did you get a license plate frame?

Yes. Attached the license plate frame after pics. Moving it closer would require shortening the hitch and re-drilling the 5/8" pin hole so it will probably stay as is.

Hello – You can cut the stinger bar shorter, and put a new hitch pin hole in. However, you will want to make sure that doing so does not prevent you from opening your rear hatch when the carrier is in the swung out position.

SO I moved it in 5 inches. Everything still works fine.
I left the carrier on the hitch to hold it in place while I put a new pin hole in it.
Looks better. Pretty much moved it as close as it can go.
