I think the price is pretty good from the description. You can probably haggle a little bit but make sure they don't tag any other hidden charges after. Tell them your out the door price with tax and everything included.

Here in Houston TX, 2016 Premium with 30-40K miles usually go for 35K and up to $37-40K for CPO models. And most of the ones I saw in light interior, the seats had more wear and tear than I wanted. Those are the reasons I bought my new a couple months ago at deep discount.

Pull the trigger if it is what you say it is, but dint feel rushed, powerpuff GXs off of lease are a dime a dozen in the south.

For reference I just bought a 2016 Premium with 2Q, BD, DH, HW, PM, WU, and Z1 options and 23,000 miles for $38,800. Factory warranty until late May 2020, then two years of Lexus Certified warranty. "Claret Mica" with black interior.

I bought it
Purchased an extended warranty - another 48 months and 50k miles on top of the remaining 9k mile 9 months that were originally left on the warranty.
Also opted for exterior ceramic coating, interior protection coating, and SunTek ceramic window tint. The dealership had surprising good deals on these upgrades!

Will post to the new member / introduction thread once I get some good pictures of it!

congrats! hope you got an amazing deal on that extended warranty insurance plan since you'll likely never use it. The GX is one of the most reliable vehicles on the road today.

Greetings. I've been a member here since we bought my wife's 2014 LS460 several months ago. After driving that beauty and falling in love with the Lexus quality/ride, I knew it was time for a change, and I was ready to dump my 2018 Honda Ridgeline.... We went shopping for a CPO 2017 GX460 yesterday, and after finding that it was pretty scratched up, our great sales guy said "how about we get you into a 2019?". I balked at first since I was dead set on getting a cheaper CPO, but when he said "Lexus has 0% for 60 mos." he got my attention. We worked a deal and I drove home last night in a 2019 "Silver Lining" with black interior, Premium package, Mahogany wood/leather wheel, and tow package.

Very happy with the new ride. I'll miss a few of the modern bells/whistles my 2018 Ridgeline had (lane keeping, CarPlay, radar cruise), but the quality and ride of the GX will make up for it!

Congrats! Those left over 2019s are the best deals right now to get into a GX. The price difference between them after discounts and 2017 CPOs is not that much difference consider you'll get full factory warranty and 0 miles (well, maybe 10 miles).

That is exactly the rationale I used to convince the spouse to get a new one! The two 2017 CPO's we looked at were around $40k with 20-30k miles. Once I heard they had 0% for 60 mos and were willing to deal on a 2019, it was perfect. I got the last silver/black they had on the lot, but they had a ton of white GX's.

Default Recent owners of a 11-13my gx, what fixes or issues have you run into since purchase

Im in the market for one and curious about the reliability. Also trying to avoid that warranty upcharge.

No matter how nice they look, ALWAYS request the vehicle go up on a lift if possible so you can inspect the undercarriage and drivetrain. During my search, I walked away from over half of the GX I looked at due to sweaty/leaky T-case or oil pan.

Default 2019 GX Premium

Hi Guys and Gals,

Not sure if we scored a smoking deal but we got roughly 18% off MSRP. It's a premium (with a little body kit around). MRSP is $60220 and we paid $49000 OTD. We have to pay tax and license. Opinion is welcome!!
