I would assume they replaced his brakes due to them not meeting min spec for CPO certification...

That's what he said, something like 40% or 50% is CPO spec, so they went ahead and replaced all. Same with tires.

Sequoia is out. We went and looked at them tonight. Great space but my wife didn’t like the size or feel of it. We looked at the green trd pro. Beautiful rig.

Called the ford dealer with the gx to come check it out and probably buy it. A sales manager took it home to joyride. Lol. I told them they may have cost a sale because I’m in the hunt for one specific model now and want to get this process over with.

Do all GX have the same side swing tailgate. This may be a deal breaker for my wife. She hates it. Now wants an LX !

Yup, I call it the barndoor. Luckily my wife is short, she appreciates not have to reach up. If wifey wants an LX, cha-ching!

Yes unfortunately all GXs have the barn door. LX puts her back into a larger suv.

ugggghhhh. This one doesn’t seem like a bad deal. I’d try to get it for much less and just pay out of pocket to cover the neg.

To each his own, but that mileage just puts it out of warranty

mileage generally doesn’t bother me. We average 25k a year and the reason we all drive Toyota products is because they are so reliable.

yup, that's why after putting $10k over the past 2 years for various repairs to my wife's Mercedes GL, we are coming back to Lexus I happen to miss the tech and feel of the Benz already, but boy it was expensive to maintain.

create an account with https://drivers.lexus.com then using the interested vehicle VIN and add to your account (act as it is yours) then you can view the history.

LX570 is totally another class and it seems like 16-17 with 50k miles is about 50k range now.

they are so nice and comfy. At the Toyota dealer we went to today they had a pretty well loved 09 with 140k and it was still $21k. We sat in it to get a feel for size and it was a nice middle ground between the sequoia and gx. I just don’t know that I want to spend that kind of coin. I do think that lx with 50k miles would last an extremely long trouble free life and would hold value great for the amount of miles we do per year. It’s about 10k more than I want to spend but I am running out of options.
