id wait and for something closer to the range you want.
wear and tear is wear and tear, and at that mileage suspension components may need changing. this isnt a bad thing, just possible added costs after purchase.
on the carfax, water pump changes every 90K. and customer complains, were they fixed.
most importantly when you go to see it, check the front of the engine for excessive oil residue and the coolant reservoir for coolant.
if its empty is could be a sign that the water pump needs to be change or coolant valley leak.

Depends on what the price is and what you are willing to pay for potential maintenance items. What year is the truck? If it's an older gen i.e. MY'10 to '13 and has a good and regular service record, then may be a good buy if the price is right.

It's 19,400 for a 2011 so it's not terribly old and it would be a straight trade in from my current car to this. And the carfax looked pretty clean. Brought in every 10-15k miles for service and every 7k for oil.

Whoa - in the crazy used market news, a Lexus dealership in town is selling a '14 with 156k miles on it and asking $27,800. Was poking around the used lot while waiting for service, and couldn't believe the window sticker. Saw that they list the same price online.

CPO Warranty Question
Hi all,
Long time lurker, first time poster! My wife and I purchased a 2015 CPO GX460 back in December, and after driving (and perusing forums) for a few months, looking to make a few modifications - particularly a new wheel/tire combo, and potentially a suspension lift (probably 2-3 inch at most).
My main question is - would anything like a suspension lift void or have any impact on warranties that cover vehicles bought through the CPO program? I'm also considering using a shop associated with / attached to a Toyota Dealership here in Seattle, that actually builds and lifts vehicles. They can actually source pretty much any aftermarket part and install (or will actually install parts you've sourced yourself), so I plan to run this same question by them to see if having a certified Toyota garage do the install may be beneficial to warranty integrity as well. That said, would love to get any input from anyone that's had any experience with modifications to vehicles purchased CPO!!
Cheers, and thanks for all of the awesome content!

Right now used 2020’s are around the same price as what they were new with dealer and manufacture rebates.

I am planning on buying a used GX 460: 2017 or newer, less than 40k miles, without bucket seats. I want to pay as close to $40k as possible. Any premium features (like ML audio, adaptive cruise, etc) are preferable, but not dealbreaker.
Is this realistic or am I day dreaming? Also, what's the max. I should pay for this?
The place where I live has a sales tax of 7% and dealer fees of about $500.
Thanks!

I was looking for an used one for me and my girl and dang the prices are high. Our 2020 is worth more than what we paid for. I tried to find one with sport package and is hard, the regular 2020 with 16k miles around me is like $60k

Found this one for $25k, from what I can tell it has all the bells and whistles. Good deal?
Thanks.

Looks like it might lack LDA and Intelligent high beams. The LDA switch is missing.
