2010 with 80k and it is insane how solid it is. And I have an ear for squeaks and rattles too! I'm flabergasted by how well put together this thing is. For some perspective I have a 2007 Mercedes S600 and it actually has more noises inside in terms of rattles and creaking than the GX and that Merc had an original MSRP of $125,000!

I have a 2011 with 76.5k miles and it is very solid. I don't think I have heard any squeaks or rattles other than all the crap I usually have in the back(kids bike, helmets, gear, etc.)

That said, my 2014 F150 is at 85k miles and is also rattle free with about 10k miles of towing and some off-roading. I bet it has more to do with the type of vehicle(IE, a burly body on frame truck vs a unibody sedan) than the brand

2017 has 22K miles and solid. My 2008 GX470 has 133K and also solid as a rock. No squeaks or rattles.
