Hi all, Here are some pics of our new Inno XS 350 roof rack system installed on a 2017 with factory flush rails. After much research here and on the web this is what I came up with for a nice looking "aero bar" rack. I wanted the Rhino rack but it will not work without removing the factory flush rails. Thule and Yakima do not have one that fits the factory flush rail. Thule says by the end of this year they hope to have one for the GX 460. Took me about 2 hours to install. Parts of it are quite fiddly. The final result looks great and I am happy with them.
Looks great. I'm also shopping for some crossbars. Do you think you could take a full vehicle photo for us so we can see the look of it? I'm debating between those and the OEM cross bars.
You buy the bars, base and roof rack feet from etrailer.com 636-887-9300. https://www.etrailer.com/roof-2014_Lexus_GX+460.htm, Mine were the INXB123-130 48" and 51' cross bar, INXS350 Inno THROUGH FEET and the INTR152 Custom Fit Kit for mounting to the flush roof rack.

Thanks!
I have the factory cross bars, my advice is to skip them. They are too close to the roof making them almost useless.
They are great, we are very happy with them. I just leave them on the car. They are wrapped in Dakine surf board pads so any comment about the noise would really be fair as I have never driven at hi-way speeds without the pads wrapped around the bar. There is some noise but it doesn't bother us at all. These SUVs are pretty quiet inside anyway.
One bar is 48 inches, the other is 51 inches. They also sell bars where the end of the bar terminates flush with foot for a more areo dynamic look. Hope this helps you make a descision. Good luck!

I've the Inno rack being delivered tomorrow and I'm going to install it for mounting a rooftop tent for camping trips. I read that you faced some quirks when mounting it.. are there any tips you could provide to look for when installing? I also saw from your picture that the mount is not installed in the mount points (flip caps) on the OEM rails.. why is that?
Also another question about which length goes in front and which one on back? Because as per Inno description on etrailer https://www.etrailer.com/multi-produ...HHModel=GX+460 - it says front is short while back is long. While the OEM knockoff on Amazon says long goes in front and short in back:
