I wish these deals were still around. I pretty much paid MSRP on my 2021 this weekend. I did get a pretty good offer on my trade in. Dealers around Atlanta laugh at you when you ask for a deal. I had to drive to Alabama just to get the vehicle I wanted. It's done, and in a week, I will never think of it again. I love the vehicle and better yet, my wife loves it. That's all that matters!

No, the dealer collects the tax for Georgia, then sends it to your local tag office. Your tag office will call you when they receive it and you just go and pick up your registration and plates. I had mine in less than a week. Faster than in state.

Once you drive the GX you just want to keep putting more miles on it. I drove 32K miles on my GX in 24 months. Also, was there any down payment required? I would recommend getting lease gap coverage if not already in your contract.

It likely depends on your area, but I don't foresee any great discounts on 2021 models. Vehicles are in high demand and almost all 2022's (at least in our area) are pre-sold. Production cuts and shipping delays are contributing to scarcity. If there is a 2021 left on the lot in a month or two you may be able to get a little bit more of a discount or an additional Lexus incentive.

We got our 2021, in S Florida, for less out the door including all taxes and new registration as we did not trade a car. for less than MSRP, thats a little more than $6000 off.

Its a Premium with premium captain chairs and sport package, tow hitch, headlamp washers, cargo cover and net, heater steering wheel and few other items.
We originally planned on the 2022 due to apple car play, but with that discount I'll install an after market solution.

Just ordered the Beats CarPlay solution as they have it now verified it on 2021 models.

A discount that huge definitely makes installing an aftermarket car play unit worth it!

Beginning of the month all GX's had discount at a local dealer, they had 25 in stock and the 22 are coming in so I think they had incentive to get them sold.
