We gout out 2021, in S Florida, for less out the door including all taxes and new registration as we did not trade a car. for less than MSRP, thats a little more than $6000 off.
Its a Premium with premium captain chairs and sport package, tow hitch, headlamp washers, cargo cover and net, heater steering wheel and few other items.
We originally planned on the 2022 due to apple car play, but with that discount I'll install an after market solution.
Just ordered the Beats CarPlay solution as they have it now verified it on 2021 models.

thanks for all the advice. yeah.. so i will check all the dealers close to me and whoever has the maximum 2021 will probably give me the most off MSRP..
My Toyota Highlander was totaled in a storm and I needed immediate delivery. I just bought my 2021 GX. Paid sticker price. I could not find any vehicle I was interested in. One Toyota dealer told me Unlike other dealers we are not adding any additional profit stickers to our cars YET.. I do not see any price discounts in the near future. Every where I went they listed 22's that are supposedly on the boat or in the harbor. I could not wait.
