@Acrad might want to move the pricing post over to the MY21. @hadokenuh I assume that you used outside promotional financing?

So update:
I am in the process of compiling the dealer list, out of courtesy to the good dealers I am asking them if its something they`d like to opt out from (if anyone remembers that one time someone posted a dealer contact and well it didnt end well with folks being unreasonable on both ends). Waiting till I get a complete response. In the meantime, I think @bbqsoup had a reference point on a premium that was 12% off sticker before ttl.

So whats the money factor for your lease term (ask the dealer this)?
Cap Cost reduction, is this being applied as a down payment or a multiple security deposit? I ask, since two very different things and different recommendations.
Florida registration fees gotta love it!
sales tax is fine.

Totally agree. I like my local Lexus dealer and I've got a great relationship with the sales guy that sold us our 2014 LS460. When I bought my 2019 GX this time last year during the "December to Remember" event, the negotiations were all of 5 minutes: "I see you have a Silver Premium with black interior, get me $4500 off and the 0% for 60 mos", done! Sure I could have worked them a bit more or shopped other dealers, but time is money and I was satisfied with that deal. Zero down and 0% with that discount worked for me.
I went with the Starfire Pearl with Rioja Red interior. It was on the showroom floor with a big red bow on top. In and out of the dealership in about an hour. This is my 2nd Lexus purchase from this dealer and they have never two-stepped me. Heck, the sales guy even talked me out of the Luxury package, which they had in-stock.
I put 20% down and went with the TMC 0% financing for 5 years. I always pay off cars early though, even with free money.

Just another data point. I talked my sister into getting a GX and she picked up a 2021 GX Premium with Captain Chairs (~59K MSRP) for $55K out the door after everything in Houston, TX. We have 6.25% tax rate, so OTD before tax is ~$51.7K. Of course there was some BS charges like nitrogen, tint, doc fees but we didn't care about those, just the OTD price. It's pretty much 5K off plus 2.5K rebate.
She also got all the lowest possible APR and didn't buy any extra FI products.
@Novo Hers has the Michelin tires :P. It's the luck of draw really. When I bought mine, the dealer refused to swap the Bidgestones saying it's already in the "system" and they couldn't do that. But for for the 19" you are having, the tire selections are very limited. You'll have to go do a slightly taller size for more options.

I can't seem to send you a PM. It's the one on 59 South. Get yours now. I am pretty sure if you ask for invoice minus cash rebates, they'll be happy to sell you one this week.

hi guys, i traded my old 2014 gs 350 f sport for a new 2021 white ext/ bk int. gx 460 premium pack (power side mirrors, tauneau cover, captain 2nd row seats, heated steering wheel, headlight washer) with sport package (red tails, dark 19" wheels, heated steering wheel etc.. ) gx was stickered at 62k and some change and negotiated down to 56,300 or 56500 i believe (don't have papers in front of me). Did i do ok on price ? i saw pre owned 2020 and 2021s are close in price by 3k or so. So far i love the car ! i don't have ml audio but stereo sounds good to me

Hi all, looking to buy a MY21 premium w/ Sport Package in the Southeast market in the next few weeks (maybe months, but also ready to pull the trigger now).
My search for a CPO 2017-2019 w/ Sport Package quickly brought me to the $45-50k range with dealers unwilling to budge on price. With the CPO prices being so high, I think I might just bite the bullet and purchase new. Any suggestions on which market down here will give me the best deal? I'm willing to shop anywhere in FL, TN, NC, or SC, etc. (coming from Atlanta) if I can get some of the deals y'all are reporting!
I am pretty set on the gray exterior with black interior (+ sport package) which narrows down my pickings (very few / none of these in metro Atlanta).
I am pre-approved with my credit union for financing but open to using LFS. I also think I qualify for the $1000 grad school rebate program (does that stack with the $2500 cash inventive?). Should I make mention of either of these before I try to negotiate?
