you can purchase it either via Lsailt.com or via aliexpress.com, just search for the unit for GX.

Any ideas of around how much I should expect to pay to have a shop install one of these things in my '13 GX (I know I need the '10-'13 version). I will want the factory USB port to still be able to take an input. It has to be seamless for my wife. If not, will just have to stay with some sort of phone mount thing (Which she absolutely hates).

The DVR is part of ADAS function (advanced driver assistance), which provide the Lane mark detection and distance to front vehicle detection, then provide the warning signals. It’s not a full LDA or collision avoidance, but offer some advanced warning only. You will need to purchase the specific camera from Lsailt with activation key to enable such function. I would just use other dash camera with build in recording if that is what you want to achieve. I have retrofitted the surround view cameras separately in which also provide dvr functions.

Thanks @hzhao I was trying to add a front view camera to front end bumper for more visibility not necessarilly DVR, was thinking use the interface to achieve that as it stated supports front camera. Now it sounds like it only works with Lsailt camera.

You should be able to add front camera if without using its dvr function, did you use the camera feed harness come with the system? You just can not use the USB camera on Lsailt without activate the dvr ADAS function.

Yes, I bought same camera via your Amazon link, I did connect camera Video-in wire to interface wire with brown front video jack, also tapped ACC power source; but how do i initiate the front camera view? @hzhao I assume it should be engaged via some apps in the interface? i tried download camera apps vis googoleplay store but no luck.

I have not used camera feed on Lsailt unit, as I have used separate surround view module. You best option would be contact Lsailt on that. They are pretty good on tech support.

@hzhao - Many thanks for both sharing your experience in detail and all the ongoing updates/support! While I'm adding the MTS/CC modules next week, figured I'd add CarPlay via the Lsailt unit as well, but see they also offer an upgraded Android 11 product (8-core CPU, 8/128g memory, etc.) for only a marginal added cost, but a possible caveat, seem to emphasize wireless-only connectivity. Any opinions on which might be best? I don't mind spending a little extra if the newer hardware might be a bit more "future proof"... here are representative links of these most recent offerings as far as I can tell:

Lsailt product most folks here seem to have
Newer/upgraded Lsailt unit, though only apparently capable of wireless CarPlay

I'm using a new iPhone 15 Pro (USB-C) FWIW. Thanks!

@Leander311 You are welcome. I have been keeping pretty close contact with Lasilt for all the updates. From all the info I have been getting, I will stay with the previous PX6 based unit for its stability. The new one is still pretty buggy at this point.

FYI for anyone shopping and/or on the fence, I confirmed your recommendation @hzhao with Lsailt via Ali Express and What's App - "$640 8+128GB spec, it can't compatible with GX460 now. It will have black screen problem."

So indeed, this $552.50 version is still the best option... ordering!

Oh, and w/free shipping and $50 off via Honey coupon "honey50", it's only ~$490 + tax.

Hi, did you manage to install Lsailt now? Any feedbacks from your experience?

Thanks!
