Default OEM Vehicle Parts website?

I placed a good sized order over a week ago (Aug 28) and sent a contact email (Sept 3), and have yet to receive any correspondence or status changes to my order, currently in “New” status. Does anyone know what’s going on with them? Are they still there? Are they alive ?

I received an email right after my order was put in. There was a link to check order status. I finally received and order shipped after 7 days. The part arrived the 10th day. (yesterday).

I believe they source their Lexus parts from a very large Lexus dealer in SE Florida.

FYI: I reached out to Matt and he mentioned some specific GX parts they get from Canada and this alone takes 10-14 days.

They had a backlog at the beginning of the pandemic due to logistics. Nkt sure if that's still the case, otherwise theyve always been superfast for my orders. Updates are weak but kinda expected these days. Gmneed to order some more crap here early next week for the Corolla...

They did reply to me yesterday. Thanks for the help. I ordered AT cooler parts...

The GX470 Hoses, etc...always take minimum 10-14 days before they arrive (coming from Canada).

I ordered a tow hitch from these guys on 9/6/2020. It was the only website that didn't say unavailable but actually found it at my local dealer. I called and spoke to Matt on 9/9/2020 he confirmed that it was currently unavailable said he would cancel the order. I still haven't received a refund. I have called numerous times left voicemail and messages with answering service. I did get Debbie on the phone twice and was told I was on the refund list but still nothing and just another message left yesterday. I finally just disputed the charge. I guess I won't order anything else from them.

I'm going through the same dilemma right now. I accidentally made a duplicate order at the same time, within 10mins I contacted them through email and left a voicemail, asking to cancel one of the order before it ships. When i finally got to spoke to somebody I was assured the order would be cancel. Fast forward a couple of days and the order i wanted cancelled shipped out. As a result, I contacted Matt again. two weeks ago he assured me the second order would be refunded. I'll give it a couple more days before I start a dispute with my bank too.

on a side note, I did recieved my items fairly quick. Now just missing my refund for the 2nd order

There are so many Lexus Dealerships nationwide that offer discount pricing ... free shipping, with no sales tax if ordering out-of-state ... so why is THIS site the "go-to" when so many other alternatives are readily available ?

we didn’t know about them, please list them.

usually what i’ll do is track down the part number then check ebay or the whatever comes up in the search. i’ve never come across a site with cheaper pricing on parts or shipping.

I have never found a Lexus Dealership that is ALWAYS the deeper discount ... so always search for "Wholesale Lexus OEM Parts" or "Discount Lexus OEM Parts" and surf the search for dealerships that have the best as-delivered price. Again, the dealership that offered deep discounts one time will not be the lowest 8-months later ... so anytime I purchase, it's a search-and-surf for the best pricing ... but there is always a Lexus dealership out there that is motivated to steal business from the locals ... benefiting from higher volume sales via incremental internet business.

So Matt emailed me yesterday asked me if I still wanted the hitch. This also happens to be the last day for them to reply to the dispute. This all started on 9/9/2020 I will not be ordering anything from these guys in the future.
