Agree ... but with the "standard issue" Toyota 7.5" Width and +6mm Offset .... WHY is Toyota so married to these specs ??? ... better 8.0" or 8.5" Width and -6mm Offset. TRD wheels with a "Soccer Mom Stance" is an oxymoron, which is exactly why many go with TRD clone wheels.

My TRD Pro 17x7 wheels from a dealer were made in Taiwan. I'm sure they have multiple sources.

Damn heavier than I thought for a forged wheel. Maybe I'll just stick to the TRD Pros if I decide to keep my 2018. Its not worth double the price and even heavier, I'm interested in getting light wheels and get Michelin Premier LTX or even the non-LTX to save maybe like 15lbs at each corner.

Hey folks, reviving this one from the grave. What is the true offset of stock GX wheels, at least for 2020+ MY? I looked at mine, and saw both a 52 (or 53), and a 25 stamped on the inside of the spokes. Neither of these numbers were prefixed with "EJ" and there seems a level of uncertainty on here also.

My go-to online sources indicate 25mm, whereas others are also in the 5xmm range. So which is it? I was about to pull the trigger on TRD replicas for my winter set, but the CS rep advised against it given the drastic difference of +5mm to +5xmm.

I don't think I can fully answer your question but here is my 2013 with TRD Replicas at 17" x 8.5" and +4 offset with 285/70/17 BFG KO2s. You can see that my fenders and mud flaps are still shielding the side of the vehicle.

Thanks for the feedback, Eric. That looks quite good.
