Hello all, I'm a new owner of a 2014 GX460 with 80k miles on it. Overall the car is in excellent condition but I've noticed a loud humming noise especially at idle. When I give it throttle I'm not sure if it goes away as the sound of the engine overpowers the humming. I have attached a small video of the sound by the passenger side compared to the drivers. I tried to search for anything that could be related and wasn't successful. If there's anyone that can guide me the right way I'd appreciate it. Thanks

I have the same noise on my new to me 2019. Did you ever find out what it was? Thanks, Gary

I haven't found a definite answer but I'm guessing it's some sort of pump. Since you hear the same thing on your 2019 I'm thinking it's something more common on the GX.

that sounds (a little bit) like the Rear hvac and front ventilated seat on mine when turn them on... hard to tell though from the sound clip

I took it into the dealer the other day and they said it all sounded normal and compared it with another 2019.
