Sorry if I haven't followed this as closely as I should have.
Is the ability to do a hard power reset still an issue? I thought I remember some posts about some having to do hard power reset to the units. Should I plan on installing a switch that is easy to reach for this purpose.

"I am leaning heavily for this to be an upgrade for me next year... maintenance and mods on other non-460 items currently has my attention"
I think you would like this. When it works, it's great. You just have to get over the poor support / disregard for bugs.
Someone over on GXOR said it best. "I like it, but wouldn't install it in my mom's car."

Or you can search from Google Play Store for Car Launcher Free and download it from the unit.

"Also, I downloaded Car Launch Free version and like it much better than Car Web Guru. Much better interface and function even though the free version is limited."
Would you please post a link to this?

I had to do a few hard reboot by pulling cable harness to the unit when I was playing around with it and one time after installed a new vline version. I mounted in the glovebox for easy access but if you can do a power switch, it would be nice to mount it behind the Nav. It’s a bit bigger but looks to have less cables than the Lsailt unit.

Version 3.28 fixed some of the issues for me. Faster wifi connection, and maybe BT as well. It also fixed the issue I had with Youtube where I can not get out of fullscreen. I think it's worth an upgrade, just make sure you have strong wifi signal to full download it.
I haven't seen any firmware upgrade since I got mine. Did you see it today?

Interestingly I got a different Vbase version than yours but Vline is at 3.28. I don’t see any new update when I checked it but from the youtube video, he mentioned that they reflashed his unit with a new firmware and probably will release it soon. Looks like the filesize is not correct (-1MB) or it was compressed incorrectly with the wrong checksum. Can you click on Change Log to see what are the changes in this version?
Here’s what on mine.

A few screen shots of the Car Launcher app. I may pay $3.99 for the full version to see what else it can do. From what I've seen from the free one, it works great. Some of limitations are probably related to the touch screen of the GX.
In Native app, even with DashQ, I can't forward a song or video in Youtube, I can go to the end of the song by pressing the end of the time line but not forward. However, Youtube Music works fine forwarding and works just like on the phone.
The little widget on the top display the current street/location that you're on which I think is nice - I think get that info from Waze app.
The screen saver also displays the current speed but I don't know how to make it display on the main screen, which from the demo, it looks like it can.

Got my unit a few days ago and I’m looking forward to installing it. As long as I have the dash apart I’ll install a USB 3.0 port and another 12V power port.

Here is the terminal list from FSM on back of nav unti
https://gromaudio.com/docs/vline_man...nstall_web.pdf
Looks like for GROM in manual above the power is within H5 and H14

I just confirmed that this is also the case with mine. While in reverse camera, the rear sensors don’t work.
I got this overlay with the backup camera. I wonder if it disabled something.
@gromaudio can you confirm?

Can you check the rear sensors before and after install when in reverse to see they are working (beeping) with proximity?
