Well I ended up getting the pac harness and running the wiring to the driver side under the seat. Everything came out good but there’s a problem which seems like it’s from the ground. On my line output converter there is a ground wire and I’m attaching it the the passenger side where the pac harness is. When it’s connected I get no sound from any speaker. Once I remove it all speakers work except the subwoofer as the loc doesn’t work. Any info on this? Do I need to run the ground to the front?

I forgot to add that when I connect the ground after the speakers are working then the loc turns on and the subwoofer works but if I turn off the car and then it back on no sound.

Have you tried just grounding to the chassis (bare metal)?

I want to mount the amp somewhere where it won’t affect anything and won’t get in the way, but can’t figure out where would be the best location.
Does anyone know if there’s space behind the back panel where the AC plug is so I can mount the amp there. Thanks in advance.
Local shop said they wanted to mount it all the way in the passenger rear section under the molding (?). They said they'd have to remove the seats, so the install for a $550 amp was going to be $550 due to the extra time.

So since i have ML would i be able to just replace the factory sub with another shallow mount 10", and run that from my aftermarket amp using the L2Ci Pro from the factory wiring?

Yes you can do this, I had a 2012 Range Rover Sport which I did the same thing. Just make sure you measure the depth of the subwoofer if you're installing in the same location as the factory sub.

Hopefully in the next couple of months I can build a grill to clean things up a bit.

Looks awesome! Did you connect it to the original electrical connections from the oem speaker?
mine is a ML system with the box included
but is seems that the original connection is different from the aftermarket speaker you’ve installed
thanks in advance

No, I don't have Mark Levinson system, so I have an aftermarket amp and ran wires from amp to subwoofer.
