Default Thermistor replacement

The AC keeps cycling on and off and I'm suspecting it's the evaporator temperature switch also called the thermistor. How difficult is this to access? Do I need to remove the navigation unit?

That sensor looks easy to remove

I followed the procedure and there are no hvac codes.

Not sure this is the same thermistor. I was under the impression the thermistor is on the evaporator box and measures temperature of inlet air at the evaporator.

You will have to tear into the dash for that one.

Thank you for posting the diagram. The thermistor is only $20 and I have one on order. Tearing into the dash doesn't look difficult. I can let you know how it goes.
