GXOR carpeted arm rest 💪
All credit here goes to my wife who punch needles ask if she could make me something.
End result a carpeted arm rest that stays in place (so far)
Measured to fit and whip stiched (no idea) but allows border to lip around sides of arm rest

Great idea for adding some personal flair to the interior with added benefit of protecting the arm rest leather that will inevitably wear down.
The center console arm rest on my '99 LS400 is damaged beyond typical cleaning repair from previous owner usage/neglect, while the rest of the interior is in as near mint condition as you could reasonably expect for a 22 year old car with 180k miles... Even more wear than the driver's seat bolsters and door armrest. So now I keep a towel over it haha. (I have been the owner since 2013, so the wear didn't take THAT long)
I am interested in seeing the underside of this carpet and how it holds in place. Will you share more photos please?

You should talk to Dan he would probably add that to the store there if your wife was up to making more.

Underside of the matt
Close look at the underside and whip stich
If it slides around a lot I'll use hot glue to add a rubber no slip pad
Acrad agreed think these would be cool they are handmade and if I can find a site that would/could automate the design.....
