Default Dash Lights on

Has anyone seen the ABS, Slip Traction, AFS and VSC light come on all at once? I was driving this morning about 30 minutes on my drive to work and all 4 of these lights came on at one. I tried Google but wasn’t too successful.

Then after work I started her up and all 4 lights were still blinking. After a few minutes I started driving and all the light turned off.

Any ideas what’s going on here? Anyone else experienced this issue?

Thanks, I’ll try it this weekend. Now it’s back to normal now. I wonder if the blizzard did something to the car, but we’ll see…

It’s been a while since I’ve experienced this malfunction but if I recall correctly it did go in and out there for a while before it completely failed.

I just checked the car with my OBD II reader and it said No Codes. Frustrating and relieved all at once. I have to check it in the next blizzard!

What are you using to read the codes?

It may fall outside of standard OBD2 as well and only be read with something like Techstream or OBD Link/Fusion for the extended Lexus/Toyota codes.

You have a very valid point. My reader was an Amazon $20 special. I’ll check around if I can borrow one and re-run it. So far it’s been about 3 weeks and about 500 miles without it coming back, which is a good thing.
