Here's another option, it appears to be for some bolts that secure the dash to the main dash support, it just doesn't show it on the top of the dash, only the sides, but it does note 5 are needed and only shows locations on 2, so it's not unreasonable to think the other 3 locations are potentially on the top of the dash to cover the bolts that hold it down there.
If you googled the part number, there's some actual photos of the part, might be good to confirm it looks the part. End of the day, both are $3-5 if you think it's worth buying and trying.
I'm not 100% sure. I've had the car since 2019, and just noticed that it was missing this past week. When I got the car, the Mark Levinson speaker at the top of the dash (center, above nav system) was blown, and Lexus fixed it under warranty. I'm assuming they remove part of the dash to replace the speaker? I don't think the part was missing this entire time, but was perhaps loosened by that work (and then maybe I knocked it out while putting in or taking out my sunshade?) Since I am still under a service warranty, i may bring it in and have them replace for me
You have two of these dome on the dashboard? I only have one, it's on the driver side. On the passenger side is a recessed hole. I don't think there are 2 domes.

Oh interesting. I assumed there were two because the recessed hole looks so unfinished to me. Maybe I'm only supposed to have one?!?
