Default High pitched noise on acceleration

Hello, I recently got a 2011 GX460 with 125K miles. I have a strange high pitched noise (almost like scratchy brake noise) whenever I accelerate when driving. The noise is most present between 1,000 and 2,000 RPM. If I go over 2,000 RPM, the noise is gone (or drowned out by engine and wind noise), but as soon as the car shifts into the next gear, the noise is audible once again. It's definitely loudest at the beginning of each gear and is less audible as the RPMs get higher. Noise is not present when coasting or braking or at idle. I can hardly duplicate when car is in neutral or park (I can, but isn't as loud and doesn't stick around).

At first we thought it was the belt, so I replaced the belt, tensioner, and idler pulley along with alternator, water pump, and a new battery (just to splurge). Noise is still present.... Took it to 2 different mechanics, both hear the noise, but haven't been able to figure it out... One thought it was the Fan Clutch, so I replaced that and the fan clutch bracket, but noise is still present.

It sounds like a metallic scratching/rubbing kind of noise. Very hard to explain it.. I'm hoping maybe someone can hear it on this video help with some ideas. If you listen closely you can hear the high pitched metallic squeak/scratch/rubbing type of noise over the engine. The camera has a hard time picking up anything other that the wind and fan noise, so I apologize in advance.. Any help is appreciated!

Only two things I can think of at the moment:

Clean your throttle body assembly and check that your brake backing plates are clear of the rotor (although a long shot but maybe it is something that stupid). While working on cars some years ago I ran into something similar and it ended up being one of the two sometimes. Again long shot but relatively easy things to check and do and may fix it *shrugs* Good luck!

Hey! Did yall ever figure out what it was?

I realized when i opened my window (just the passenger side front) that i get a whine at 1.5~2k rpm. Kinda scratchy like you said like when the brakes are scratching the rotor.

Just wanted to ask if anyone has encountered this same issues and did they find a fix for it. I am having the same problem and cannot seem to find out what it is. Any good input would be appreciated. Thank you.
