I didn't realize they kept RSES (rear screens) around for 2021 in Canada for Executive trim.
These went away after 2020 in US.
I see on pics they are no longer available in 2022 there.
It says for Signature grade: "Added based on dealer feedback to offer an entry grade package with key content" <--- Not entirely sure of word "key" though

Almost tempting to sell my 2010 and buy a 2022 if it had carplay. If I gotta drive to Canada to get it so be it. Haha!

I highly doubt Canada would get something we wouldnt, especially such significant upgrades. Lexus sells like what, 2k GXes a yr over there vs close to 25k units here?

Quite excited for you if you're getting a 2022 with some of the new features! A little envious too . Keep me in the loop on how things progress.

•••Here are some additional '22 tidbits
- New 10.3" infotainment supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay
- Off-road controls moved to center dash and similar to Prado configuration
- AVS/RAHC controls moved to center dash
- Remote touch is present in previous location of center console switches
- Physical HVAC fan control buttons
- Additional camera views
- Lexus parking assist monitor replaces Rear view monitor system
- 6 USB ports
- Power folding mirrors on all trims
- Navigation standard
Appears to be rear/under camera view. I don't recall that on 20/21 camera config...only front/under

I wonder if this means no new remodeled GX until 2024 or 2025?

That touchpad makes me wonder if they're dumping all the unused ES/LS infotainment systems into the GX now that those models have switched to touchscreen due all the complaints. The system is so much faster/responsive and the screen so much nicer than the one in the GX, it definitely would be an upgrade despite the loss of touchscreen and it not being quite the new NX infotainment system. Between that and actual buttons for the HVAC, it's going to be difficult for me not to trade in my 2016 for it....
EDIT- Guess not, one of those shots states touchscreen

It appears screen is touch screen as well and the camera system was upgraded too with some additional views.
AVS equipped models. SPORT/COMFORT Indicator on cluster I don't see on '20 & '21 models as switch was moved to center dash.
IMO: Side-by-side comparison shows some subtle graphics differences to me on HVAC screens between 20/21 & 22.
• Not seeing anything change with Auto-folding Mirrors
• Not seeing Lane Change Auto Flasher function reintroduced

WOW! This is great and exciting information! New GX center-stack is looking great. I'm sure a lot of people who prioritize their infotainment will consider upgrading from 2020 models.
