My first post! Just picked up my black line yesterday after 5 weeks of waiting for another GX I had ordered, which apparently got stuck at the port for whatever reason. The black line became available and I pounced on it. Wondering if anyone knows what after-market crossbars would work on the rack, like Yakima or Thule? Can't find any info on this online. The rails are raised on the car, but all the rack-oriented websites don't show this. Any help is appreciated.

After some research on this site regarding the cross bars the OEM ones (specific for the Black Line Edition) can be had for $240

I found that link from another Black Line edition owner who verified they work. Interestingly... that same part# when it's a dealer add-on is over $400.

I told my rep I wanted them and sent him that link as to ensure I wouldn't incur the $400 dealer add-on price.

The Lexus app just popped up a notification for our incoming GX. It now has 1 mile on the odometer, 1/4 tank of fuel, and tire pressures of 48 and 49 PSI.

I asked my brother about that as he's a Ford mechanic and he said the tire pressures are always high when they come in (maybe to help with flat spots?) and are set correctly during the PDI.

That's how I'll know it's at the dealership I'm thinking so I'll watch for another notification and check the tire pressures.

I'm hoping we'll get our GX soon now.

Based on the photo of this pat number (https://www.discountpartsmonster.com...rea-pzq3060205), these will not work on mine as it has raised racks.

Maybe @Acrad can chime in. I found his post https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gx-...l#post11137150 detailing the Blackline cross bar part numbers and there was another post confirming they are indeed the BlackLine cross bars. Still searching for that post...

As well as this post: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gx-...l#post10666092

Found the links: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gx-...l#post11139531

@MarkLev12 posted these do fit the Blackline raised rails.

So im hoping for delivery in December…dealer tells me i have 48 hours after it arrives to pay or they sell to someone else…

The best hitch is the OEM Lexus hitch, however, it's currently on a stop sale so it's unavailable.

I discovered a neighbor has the 2021 Black Line edition, so I took a closer look and the roof rack is completely different than what came on my 2022. The 2021 has flush rails, and the 22 has a raised rail system.

There wasn't a 2021 Black Line Edition.

We're picking her up tomorrow.

All 5 tires will be swapped out with Falken Rubitrek XL's in OEM size before we leave the dealership. I have to take them up when we go as they couldn't get this specific tire apparently.
