Default #Vibration at just below 2k while in drive

I dont remember this in my 2018 but noticed it in my 2022? At around 1900 RPM while in drive and moving, it always produces a bit of vibration through the steering wheel. Anything above or below that is smooth as butter.

Also noticed it doesnt idle as smoothly as my 2018.

Am I being sensitive cuz I actually financed my 2022 vs leasing my 2018?

Can you make a video of it? That's strange. Mine is so smooth throughout the entire range. I can barely feel anything when it's idling or when I'm just rolling. When it shifts gears, I can barely feel the blip, too.

It's not like the whole car shakes. Just feels like a cell phone on vibrate and someone is calling u.

I have a 2021 GX 460 premium and have noticed this since the purchase in December 2020. Happens at 1900 rpm and then is gone.
i do not notice the vibration at higher speeds, such as 70 or 75 etc. i also believe it occurs in park.

Yup exactly it. I recall test driving a 2018 and noticed the same thing. Just wondering if it is "normal"

My previous Lexus was a 2016 Lexus LS 460 L, and I did not have this issue. However, on the GX 460 my mileage is
only about 4500 miles, so I will see after I get my first service. This is the only oddity that I have noticed so far, and it
is a much better vehicle for my needs.
if you find out what is causing this, please let us know. Thanks.

I had the same issue on my 2018 .. Driving between 55-70 mph, the steering would shake pretty bad.. any speed below 55 or above 70 would be completely smooth!

Took it to the dealer multiple times ( vehicle is still under factory warranty ) and they couldn't zero in.. even after multiple alignments and road force balancing.. Finally, one of the techs recommended changing the tires to Michelins ..

I had'em swap a set from one of their loaners and the issue was mostly gone! Got the Michelin Latitude Tour HPs and the vibration is 95% gone..

I tried revving the engine while in drive and holding the brake. I felt the tranny shift. So i think at 1900rpm the engine is just lugging right before a shift.

If you get a chance, keep it in park and rev to 1900rpm and i think you will get the vibration. It might be the engine or something else is vibrating in our trucks at thst rpm. I remember it happened even when not moving.

No such problem while in park. But if I leave it in drive and rev while holding the brakes, it does it and also shifts at that moment as well.

I noticed the exact same problem at my 2022 as well. I remembered I had similar problems w my 2010 Venza when driving at about 100km/hour. I also experienced similar vibration on my GS350 and they all shared the same transmission. The vibration seems to be more obvious when loaded, like going up hill and the rpm hit 1900.

Vibration is the wrong description. I would recharacterize it as buzzing. I got two dealers to look at it and they said its normal.
