Yes the Curt 13043 hitch will fit your 2022 GX 460. Order from Amazon and it's an easy install. Comes with a filler plate that will keep the hitch from rubbing the lower trim on your bumper. You will need to lower your spare tire a few inches to make room for the hitch and then raise your spare back up into place after the install. There is a UTube video from U-Haul that is very helpful. The video is on an earlier model GX but it is the same Curt hitch that will fit on your 2022.
Just installed the same hitch on wife’s new GX. Easy install and only sticks out slightly from rear valance.

I have, every single one. The reason I post with pics is 'cos the provisions for bolt underneath in the tow beam is completely different in mine. There are just two, unlike the ones that has 4 to fit a curt.

Please have a look at the tow beam. There are just two holes underneath. The video clearly shows 4 bolts in which the curt model fits in. Or am I not seeing something? Please can you post some pics of your setup? Thank you.
The Curt hitch uses 4 19mm bolts. Your pictures show the two holes for the 19 mm bolts close to the spare tire. You should have two more 19 mm holes that are not in your picture that would be forward and about 45 degrees out from the holes near the tire. Under the frame there are a total of 8 holes but the bigger holes are for the 19 mm bolts.
Watch this video of GX Bob installing a Curt hitch on an older model GX. Your 2022 should still have the same 4 holes to attach the curt hitch plus you will also have a spacer plate which GX Bob did not have when he made his video.
Not sure about 22 premium.
But it does fit a bit tight on a blackline with the extra spacer it comes with.
I did released the spare tire for the extra room while I was doing the installation.

Thank you so much for this. I can confirm the version (SS package, roughly translates to premium with ML Speakers n all) we are getting here doesn't have provision for 4 bolts and is completely different for whatever reason! Bummer. Surprised as all these are made in Japan. Haven't seen any tow hitch that could fit with just 2 bolts. Will try to find some lexus contact to write to now! Thank you again, much appreciated. Personally, I do not consider the 4-Bolt "Hitch" a Hitch ... is is a "Receiver" intended for light duty towing given it only attaches to the rear frame cross member ... works great for pulling small trailers, etc but does not have the safety factor that the full-on Lexus hitch provides (that also attaches to the side frame rails) when towing heavier payloads.

That's why the Curt is rated Class III 5000 lb/ 500 lb TW. If you intend to pull more than that, get the OEM Class IV when they become available.

What drives me insane is that while Lexus rates vehicle towing capacity ... that is TOTALLY dependent on the hitch. So when people see a "receiver" installed ... they assume it is at the vehicle maximum rated capacity. A "receiver" is NOT the same as a "full-on hitch". Go with a Class IV (full-on) hitch.
