No, that is not normal. Whoever set the lift either didn't know what they were doing or were just being lazy.

I would say something if it was damaged. The manual has a few different jack points listed, but even if they didn't have access to the manual, any competent tech would have lifted off of the frame.

It looks tweaked and I don't know how that affects things. Is the bushing pinched? Has the structural integrity been affected? It's hard to tell from the pictures, but that's a part of your suspension and should not be used as a jacking point. My guess would be what BoogyBear said, laziness. Whoever did it simply didn't bother to look where he was jacking up from and just went ahead and did it. Because if he took 2 seconds to look, it'd be so obvious that the ENTIRE frame surrounding it would be a much better option.

nothing damaged on it. just a little bent on it. i'm just curious. why they jack up there. i guess it's laziness. there in a hurry. i can't do anything anymore it's already done. i don't wanna go back there and tell them what happened. it just a wasted time to go back there to argue with them. but thank you for all your reply. i'm not gonna go back there anymore. God Bless Everyone🙏🏼
